We strongly recommend inspecting all SUYA products upon delivery and checking compatibility, dimensions, and placement before opening sealed packaging, removing protective films, or installing the product. Always follow the care, installation, and usage instructions supplied with your item.

• For change-of-mind returns accepted under our Refund Policy, products must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories.

• Opened or used fragrances, applied decals, worn apparel, and opened blind-box collectibles are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow the supplied instructions is not covered where that damage caused the issue being claimed. These conditions do not exclude rights relating to an underlying product fault.

Our policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances. Original packaging is not required for a consumer guarantee claim, and opening, installing, or using a product does not automatically remove these rights.

SUYA products include automotive accessories, fragrances, apparel, decals, and collectibles. Slight differences in colour, finish, print placement, or fragrance perception may occur between production batches and product images. These differences do not limit your rights where a product has a defect, is not of acceptable quality, or differs significantly from its description.

For SUYA fragrances, accessories, and collectibles, please note the following conditions:

• Fragrance strength and lifespan vary depending on temperature, airflow, placement, and usage. Normal fragrance depletion and personal scent preference alone are not manufacturing defects.

• Fragrance products must be used as directed. Hanging scent cards must not directly contact leather, plastic, painted surfaces, fabric, or other materials, as fragrance ingredients may cause staining, fading, or surface damage.

• Blind-box designs are randomly packed unless otherwise stated. Specific designs, secret editions, or a complete set without duplicates are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the product description.

• Please report visible damage, missing items, or suspected faults as soon as reasonably possible, with proof of purchase and clear photographs where available. Reporting an issue within 7 days helps us investigate promptly but does not limit your rights under the ACL.

• Normal wear, scratches from use, accidental damage, and deterioration caused by improper care or storage are not manufacturing defects. Any claim will be assessed against the product’s condition, expected durability, and applicable consumer guarantees.
