At DMAKER, we want you to shop with confidence. If a product you receive isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund:

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging
• All original accessories, manuals and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email info@dmaker.com.au with:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Clear photos if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

Please wait for approval before sending any items back. Returns sent without authorisation may be rejected.


Accepted Return Reasons

Returns and exchanges may be approved for:

✔ Incorrect item supplied
✔ Item arrived faulty or damaged
✔ Item does not match the product description

Change of mind returns may be accepted provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned within the eligible timeframe.


Return Shipping Costs

• DMAKER will cover return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items
• For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

• Contact us first to confirm stock availability
• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected
• If the replacement item is higher in value, the price difference must be paid
• If the replacement item is lower in value, the difference will be refunded


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all "change of mind" returns.
• Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after approval
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a DMAKER error


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty:

• Contact us as soon as possible with photos and details
• We may request the item to be returned for inspection
• If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund at no extra cost


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty:

✘ Items that have been installed, used or modified
✘ Products returned without original packaging
✘ Custom-made, special-order or personalised items
