At DMAKER Australia (“DMAKER”, “we”, “us” or “our”), we aim to provide fast, reliable shipping across Australia while ensuring your order arrives safely. Please review the information below to understand how shipping is handled.


Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• During peak periods, sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

• Australia-wide
• International shipping may be available for selected products upon request

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use reputable third-party couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on item size, weight and destination.

Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro areas: 2–7 business days
• Regional areas: 3–10 business days
• Remote areas: Delivery times may vary

DMAKER is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight and parcel size
• Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed
• Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly stated


Authority to Leave (ATL)

By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it, unless otherwise specified.

DMAKER is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery where Authority to Leave has been granted.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout.

• Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur re-shipping fees
• DMAKER is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping information after placing an order.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
• Provide your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged

We will assist with lodging a courier investigation and work with you to reach a suitable resolution.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.


Pre-Orders and Backorders

Items listed as pre-order or backorder will be shipped once stock becomes available. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be communicated on the product page or via email.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together unless otherwise requested.
