• Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, labels, tags, protective films and accessories.

• Any product that has been installed, applied, worn, washed, modified, damaged, or incorrectly stored may not be eligible for return or warranty consideration.

• Claims for return or warranty may not be accepted if the product shows signs of tampering, misuse, incorrect application, or use beyond reasonable inspection or test fitting.

Our policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides certain guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include the right to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product has a major failure, is faulty, or is not as described.

Our team takes great care to ensure that all merchandise, including apparel, vinyl stickers, decals, car-care supplies and vehicle accessories, is accurately represented and inspected before dispatch. Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, sizing, placement or appearance may occur between production batches, materials, product images and display settings. These minor variations are considered normal and do not affect the intended function of the product.

While we strive to maintain consistent product quality and appearance, please note the following conditions regarding merchandise-related claims:

• Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, sizing, print placement, stitching, or appearance are not considered faults unless the product is materially different from the item ordered or delivered with a significant manufacturing defect.

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, application, cleaning, washing, handling, storage, chemical exposure, excessive heat, weathering, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

• Vinyl stickers and decals must be applied to a clean, dry, smooth and suitable surface. Claims resulting from contaminated surfaces, trapped air, incorrect alignment, stretching, lifting, or improper application may not be accepted.

• Any claims relating to incorrect, damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, along with clear photographs and relevant supporting information for assessment.

• Warranty does not apply if the product has been installed, applied, worn, washed, altered, repaired, repainted, or otherwise modified. This also applies to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or incorrect storage.
