• Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, wiring, modules, accessories, and mounting hardware.

• Any product that has been installed, modified, hardwired, coded, dismantled, or damaged may not be eligible for return or warranty consideration.

• Claims for return or warranty may not be accepted if the product shows signs of tampering, incorrect wiring, misuse, or use beyond the test fit and function-check stage.

Our policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides certain guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

Our team carefully inspects lighting products to ensure they meet the required standards for appearance, fitment, and operation. Due to differences between vehicle models, trim levels, factory wiring configurations, control modules, and aftermarket modifications, additional wiring, adapters, resistors, coding, or professional installation may be required. Compatibility should always be confirmed before installation.

While we strive to provide reliable, high-quality automotive lighting products, please note the following conditions regarding lighting-related claims:

• Lighting performance, fitment, and electrical compatibility are not covered under warranty where an issue is caused by incorrect installation, incompatible wiring, vehicle coding, voltage irregularities, or modifications to the product or vehicle.

• Minor condensation may temporarily occur inside a light housing due to changes in temperature or humidity. This is generally considered normal unless excessive moisture, water pooling, or an ongoing seal failure is present.

• Any claims relating to physical damage, missing components, fitment, condensation, or lighting operation must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, together with clear photographs and videos for assessment.

• Warranty does not apply if the product has been incorrectly installed, altered, opened, resealed, hardwired, repainted, or otherwise modified. This also applies to damage caused by misuse, accidents, pressure washing, improper storage, incorrect voltage, or unauthorised repairs, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
